However, the official incorporation of the\nEstablishment took place directly after the issuance of the Minister of Social\nAffairs Decision No. 111262 dated 27\/12\/1433 to register <strong><em>Ibrahim\nAl-Zwaied and Parents Establishment for Charity<\/em><\/strong> with premises in\nAl-Qassim and Buraidah under Registration No. (145).<\/p>\n<p>Bearing in mind that human beings are the center\nand focus of development, the Establishment seeks to play an influential role\nin our society through charitable and developmental programs aiming at\nimproving individuals\u2019 capabilities, since it is through them our nation\nachieves progress and advancement.
